FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What constitutes a screen shot charge and how are we billed?

A screen shot fee is a metric of how the you access your data remotely.  They will invoice us and we simply invoice you within a month thereafter.  For example, if you are searching for an infraction on the Express Court™ for a walk-in client, you would enter their name in as… Stephenson, Kyle and click F12.  The screen moves forward and it will post the infraction, this is considered one screen shot. We simply automatically charge the  credit card you have on file with us at the beginning of each month for your prior months activity. An automated invoice will be generated and sent directly to the email address we have on file for you.
